Rent Our Observation Deck

The Observation Deck is roughly 30x50’ with a fully handicap accessible ramp perfect for weddings, get togethers or any other large outdoor gathering’s.

wHAT IS iNCLUDED:

The Observation Deck is built for gatherings up to 50 people. The price includes 50 white folding chairs and large rectangle tables that can be arranged in any way you would like. There is a Bose sound system installed on the deck in addition to string lighting around the perimeter - perfect for night events. The rental also comes with one very well kept porta-potty. Any additional amenities/services are extra.

Base Price:

• $100/Hr Minimum of 4 hours; 50 people max.

ReservationPolicy:

$250 Non-refundable deposit due at reservation - remaining due prior to event.

Rain/Weather Policy:

Free rescheduling any day provided no other events are scheduled - first come first serve.
